As the youngest of the Di Grande family, Roberto was raised within the walls of the restaurant. From a very young age, he remembers learning to cook with his father, Giuseppe and watching customers appreciate the food that his family fondly prepared. This remains his favorite part of being a chef today, seeing valued customers satisfied after a meal at The Gold Mirror. Roberto graduated from St. Cecilia’s School and Riordan High School and loves all things San Francisco! When Roberto isn’t busy making cannelloni, he’s hanging out with his son, Mason, watching a 49ers’, Giants or Warriors game and enjoying a nice glass of wine!
